Welcome!

My name is Corey Andrews. I am currently a student at Howard High School, one of the 12 high schools in the Howard County Public School System. I will be 18 by the 2012 General Election, and I will be running for one of the three seats up for election on the Howard County Board of Education. Many of you will be surprised to hear this. To some, it might not seem like something an 18 year old would do. I know I can make a difference, so I feel that age is not a factor. Our schools are great but I fel that they could be even better. I would bring a new "former student" perspective to the board. I will be stating my stance on many issues in upcoming posts.
